At the Koch-Mal-Scharf knife forum, the knife guide was tested and evaluated in detail by 8 independent forum participants. We provided each tester with a total of 4 knife guides, 2 from the Compakt series and 2 from the Standard series in succession.

The guides could be tested extensively by each tester for 2 weeks. Afterwards each tester published a detailed test report in the Koch-Mal-Scharf Forum. Three of the testers even decided to buy a knife guide after the test. Reports in german language
